The 7th Annual Cancer Schmancer 5K is set for 9 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023. As usual, we’ll gather in Rollins Savanna in Grayslake for an out-and-back 3.1-mile course. While we get to planning the festivities, remember to break in that sensible footwear, get outside for some mild to moderate exercise that won’t mess up your hair, and perfect your high-five form!
